At Truloves Natural Beauty, I package every order with love, intention, and care โ€” and every product is chosen with meaning. Since my items are handmade, small-batch, or limited-edition, I do my best to get them to you quickly and safely.

  • Most orders ship out same day or next day, but my official processing window is 1โ€“5 business days.
    Business days are Mondayโ€“Friday, and do not include weekends or holidays.

    For example: If you order on a Thursday, 3 business days means your order may ship by the following Tuesday.

    *Sales tax is charged on all items and shipping as required by state and federal laws.

I currently ship anywhere within the U.S. except Alaska and Hawaii.

  • Standard $6 Flat Rate Shipping on all orders

  • FREE Shipping on orders over $75

  • Delivery takes about 3โ€“7 business days after the package is shipped depending on where you live

I always choose the most affordable and efficient method for you.
At this time, I donโ€™t offer expedited shipping. If you need something by a certain date, please place your order at least 7 business days in advance.

  • Client/Salon Pickup
    If youโ€™re a hair client or TNB Member, you can also choose local pickup and Iโ€™ll give it to you in person during your appointment.

    Every package is photographed before shipment or pickup to ensure accuracy and protect both of us.

    Youโ€™ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also log in to your account on my site to view order status and shipping updates.

  • ๐Ÿ”’ Secure Address Notice

    Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
    Iโ€™m will not be held responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address if you entered it wrong.
    If your package is marked delivered but missing or stolen, youโ€™ll need to file a claim with USPS. Iโ€™ll help however I can, but I canโ€™t reimburse for packages marked as delivered.

๐Ÿ” RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Because most of my items are limited stock or one-of-a-kind, I rarely restock the exact same styles or products. For that reason, I do not offer refunds to your payment method unless the item is damaged or I made a mistake.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we may issue:

  • Full store credit (minus shipping/processing fees), OR

  • Partial refund to your original payment method (minus shipping/processing fees)
    Only for approved merchandise returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

After 7 days, all sales become final.

  • Item must be in new, unused, unwashed, and unworn condition.

  • Original tags must be attached and original packing slip included.

  • Hair oil must be unopened.

These items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance:

  • Hair accessories

  • Hair oil

  • Clothing

  • Edge wraps

  • Bonnets

  • Eye masks

  • Herbal smoke accessories

  • Socks

  • Items marked โ€œFinal Saleโ€

No price adjustments will be made on previously purchased items.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.

๐Ÿ›  Defective or Wrong Item?

If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please:

  1. Email trulovesnaturalbeautyllc@gmail.com within 1 full day of receiving it.

  2. Include your order number, clear photos and video, and a brief description of the issue.

We'll be happy to make it right.

  • Exchanges are based on stock availability.

  • If the item you want to exchange is unavailable, you may opt for store credit.

  • Truloves Natural Beauty Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange based on the condition of the returned item.

To request a return:

  1. Email trulovesnaturalbeautyllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason.

  2. If approved, youโ€™ll receive the return address:

  4. Allow up to 14 business days for returns to be processed.

If you're a salon client, email or DM us โ€”I allow in-person return drop-offs if pre-approved.

If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, Iโ€™ll notify you within 1 business day and issue a full refund.

โ— Fraud & Protection Note

To protect our business and ensure fairness to all customers:

  • Photos or video proof may be required for any refund or damage claim

  • Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be processed

  • Truloves Natural Beauty reserves the right to refuse any return at our discretion
