How can I contact the salon owner?

What is the cancellation policy for appointments?

To leave a chance for other clients to book, please contact Mrs. Danielle as soon as you realize you have to cancel. 2 repeat cancellations and I will charge a deposit for half of your desired service to be paid prior to appointment to reserve your slot or discontinue contact.

What if I am running late to an appointment?

Please contact Mrs. Danielle if you are behind schedule. You have a 15 minutes grace period ay time after that you will have to be rescheduled.


What happens if I am unhappy with my hair?

Mrs. Danielle prides herself on customer satisfaction. After every service, she will ask if you are satisfied and happy with your service. Please express your concerns before leaving the salon. There are no refunds for any services. You have 24 hours to ask to fix any parts of the style you are not satisfied with free of charge according to Ms. Danielle’s judgement of the situation. There are no refunds Ms. Danielle charges for her time and that is irreplaceable.

What are the salon hours?

This is an appointment-only salon. Hours are 9 am-5 pm. Days vary and are flexible, please message to see what days are available and/or check the Facebook site and book your appointment from there if possible. All styles that take longer than 3 hours must book your service no later 12 pm. If service takes longer than 4 hours must book no later than 9 am (unless you discussed with me prior: message if you have a concern or need immediate or later service I will do my best to work with you to satisfy your desires.

Should I wash my hair before I come?

Depends upon which service package you choose.

Is the price cheaper without shampoo service?

No wash is included in most services. Choosing not to receive the service does not change the price.

What is Truloves Natural Beauty membership program?

Starting July 30, 2025 Mrs. Danielle will be offering for all members to receive $10 off every 3 in person salon visits, discounts on merch and products, and more offers. Send a message to learn more.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes as a Truloves Natural Beauty member, each person you refer to the salon for a service will receive $10 off their next visit! Thanks for being one of our Beauties!

What payment methods do you take?

Ms. Danielle prefers cash but she also accepts Cash app, Varo, and Chime. All balances are due on the scheduled date of your appointment unless on flight risk status. No call no show will be noted as flight risk and you will be required to pay half the deposit of your service at least 24 hours prior to your next appointment.

What service do I book for, and how?

Depending on which style you want to wear, you may scan through the gallery to see a picture of the style you like. Once you know the style you desire you can then go to the services page to see a description of the service along with the price. Next you click Book to schedule by filling out the message request box.

Are walk ins accepted?

No by appointment only.

What services do you specialize in?

Ms. Danielle specializes in African American natural hair. All curly hair types including biracial hair. Locs, braid, and weaves are the main services offered.

Is this kid friendly?

Yes 3 years old and up.

Can I leave my child to get their hair done?

Yes, as long as the parent or guardian is comfortable. If the child is disrespectful, very tender headed, squirmy, or younger than 3 years old a parent must be with the child. You know your child please have discernment.

Can I bring a guest?

1 guest is allowed but Ms. Danielle must know ahead of time.

Can I bring or show a picture of what I want?

Yes you may. Please be aware that everyone’s hair density, texture, and pattern is different so there is no guarantee your hair or child’s hair will look exactly like the picture.

Do you take down previous hairstyles?

Yes check your packaging service and what it includes.

Do you treat or work on clients with damaged or balding hair due to chemicals or medical issues?

No, Mrs. Danielle does not repair or fix damage hair. I recommend going to your doctor or dermatologist.

Will you take pictures and videos?

Yes, Ms. Danielle showcases her talent and work through the use of social media as well as in person. By booking an appointment you are agreeing to any photos and/or videos being taken before, during, and after your service. These images will be used online via wesbite and social media for advertising, marketing, product branding, commercial, and/or educational uses. You may opt to cover or not show your face.
